Account setup
Create a PilotX account and workspace, then sign in.
Go to Sign up and enter a work email and a password. There's no separate "create a workspace" step — signing up creates your organization at the same time as your account.
Password requirements are shown live as you type. You can also sign up with a GitHub account instead of a password.
Signing up doesn't sign you in automatically — you're taken to Log in afterward to start your session.
Log in with the email and password you signed up with (or "Continue with GitHub" if that's how you signed up). A successful login takes you to the dashboard.
Roles
Every workspace member has a role — Admin or Member — which controls access to settings like gate mode, integrations, and agent instructions. The first account created for a workspace is an Admin. Admins can invite teammates and manage roles from Settings → Team members and Settings → Roles & permissions.
What's next
Once you're signed in, connect Jira and a repository so PilotX has something to work with — see Connect Jira & a repo.
