Jira
Connect a Jira Cloud site, choose which projects to watch, and set up auto-triggers.
Connect
From Settings → Integrations, open the Jira row's Manage action and fill in:

| API token | A self-service token from your Atlassian account settings |
Jira API tokens are self-service — create one from your Atlassian account's security settings. PilotX never sees or stores your Jira password.
If the email/token combination is rejected, double-check the token hasn't been revoked and that the email matches the account it belongs to.
Choose which projects to watch
After connecting, go to Select Jira projects to choose which Jira projects PilotX should watch for ticket-triggered runs. Only watched projects can trigger a run automatically — connecting the site itself doesn't watch anything by default.
Auto-trigger on status transition
For a watched project, you can configure an auto-trigger status (e.g.
"Ready for QA"). Any ticket in that project that transitions into the
configured status starts a pipeline run automatically. This is optional —
you can also trigger runs manually or with the /qa-test comment command
(see Your first Run).
Reconnecting
If a token is revoked or expires, reconnect from the same Manage screen — the site URL and account email carry over, but the token field always starts empty.
