These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pilotx.com and the PilotX application (together, the “Service”), operated by PilotX (“PilotX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are acting (if any) and that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and that organization.

Description of service

PilotX is an autonomous software quality engineering platform: it ingests a requirement or ticket, generates test cases and test automation, executes tests, and reports results, with configurable human checkpoints along the pipeline.

Account registration & responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@trypilotx.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & payment terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via our payment processor, Cashfree Payments. Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect as described in-product at the time of the change. For details on cancellation and refund eligibility, see our Refund/Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to test, target, or attack systems you do not own or have authorization to test;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the Service’s security or rate limits;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property

PilotX and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the code, tickets, and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”); you grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time, as described in our Refund/Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including for non-payment or abuse of the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory law of your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
